Inflação não chega à diarista

A dona de casa Iracema Cseny Leone, de 47 anos, paga R$ 70 para a diarista Marta da Conceição fazer a limpeza da casa e passar roupa. É o mesmo valor desembolsado há um ano. Essa estabilidade de preços no serviço de faxina foi constatada pelo Instituto de Pesquisa do Grupo Estado (InformEstado) na comparação dos levantamentos feitos em 17 de novembro e no mesmo período de 2009.
Entre as agências pesquisadas, o valor mínimo cobrado pelo serviço é de R$ 60 e o máximo, R$ 80. De acordo com a proprietária da agência Rainha do Lar, Livia Marinete Pereira, o preço da diarista para serviços básicos não sofreu alterações na cidade de São Paulo porque já está em patamares considerados altos. “Se subir muito o valor da diária compensa mais pagar uma empregada doméstica que vai todos os dias da semana. E, de acordo com a lei, a diarista que trabalha mais de três vezes na semana precisa ser registrada.”
Na casa de Iracema Leone, a diarista vai duas vezes por semana. “Tenho problemas na bacia e no joelho, não posso fazer muito esforço físico. Prefiro uma diarista porque uma mensalista já sai do orçamento. O preço que pago para a Marta foi negociado entre as duas partes e está na média do mercado.”
Segundo Kátia Vitória, da DSC Emprego, está difícil achar diaristas que cobram R$ 60. “Hoje, encontramos até diaristas que cobram R$ 100. O preço varia de acordo com a qualificação exigida e tamanho da casa ou apartamento que ela vai trabalhar, por exemplo.”
O preço cobrado por uma lavadeira é o mesmo da faxineira e não sofreu alterações em relação ao ano passado. Outros três serviços também não mudaram seus preços, como o de um chaveiro.
Para fazer a cópia de uma chave, o preço varia de R$ 3 a R$ 4,50. No caso do jardineiro, a diária varia de R$ 70 a R$ 100. Para contratar uma babá, o valor mínimo por mês é de R$ 800 e o máximo, R$ 1,5 mil.
Mas quem vai precisar dos serviços de babá e cozinheira a partir de 10 de dezembro até o fim de janeiro pode preparar o bolso. Segundo Livia Pereira, o valor do serviço pode aumentar até R$ 500 por causa do fim de ano. “É uma época difícil para contratar.”

Mensalista
Ao contrário da diarista, o salário da empregada doméstica registrou alta de 20%. O valor máximo cobrado, segundo a pesquisa do InformEstado, é de R$ 1,2 mil. “As pessoas querem profissionais qualificadas e a procura está grande”, explica o selecionador da Agência Alaíde, Edson Lucas.
Além dos salários em alta, outra dificuldade para quem procura uma empregada doméstica é encontrar funcionárias dispostas a dormir na casa do empregador. “Hoje, toda doméstica tem sua casa. Ela quer terminar o trabalho e voltar para seu lar e cuidar da sua família”, diz Livia Pereira.
Entre os serviços pesquisados, o que sofreu a maior variação, de 66%, foi o de impermeabilização de sofá de dois lugares. Há um ano, o valor mínimo cobrado era R$ 90. Na última pesquisa, o preço saltou para R$ 150.
