Homem é atropelado após roubo

O gráfico Luiz Carlos Ferreira, de 41 anos, morreu atropelado na Marginal do Pinheiros, na zona sul de São Paulo, após ter sua moto roubada, no início da manhã de ontem. De acordo com a Polícia Civil, ele invadiu a pista expressa no sentido Interlagos para fugir dos assaltantes, perto da Ponte João Dias, por volta das 6h15. Ele acabou sendo atingido por dois carros e morreu no local.
Até o início da noite de ontem ninguém havia sido preso. Desde 18 de julho a PM implantou uma estratégia de segurança nas Marginais do Tietê e do Pinheiros. Mas a ação não impediu que esse tipo de ataque continue acontecendo na região. De acordo com a Polícia Civil, Ferreira voltava para sua casa, no bairro Alto do Riviera, na região do Jardim Ângela, na zona sul, quando foi abordado pelos assaltantes, que levaram sua moto Honda CB 300.
Ele invadiu a pista a pé provavelmente na tentativa de fugir dos criminosos e foi atingido pelo Honda Civic conduzido pelo advogado Eduardo Augusto Poulmann e Silva, de 30 anos. Após o impacto, Ferreira caiu no chão e foi atingido novamente, por uma camionete Renault Master, que seguia logo atrás. O motorista, Edson Oliveira da Silva, de 52 anos, não conseguiu desviar. De acordo com testemunhas, estava escuro na hora do acidente.
Um carro da PM, que estava na região, presenciou o atropelamento, mas não conseguiu socorrer Ferreira, que morreu no local. “Foi uma fatalidade. Os motoristas não tiveram culpa. Ele estava tentando fugir dos assaltantes”, lamentou o irmão da vítima, Carlos Alberto Alves Ferreira, de 37 anos. De acordo com ele, o gráfico costumava deixar o carro em casa e ia trabalhar de moto. “Ele achava que era mais rápido.”
Ferreira trabalhava havia quatro meses em uma gráfica em Cotia, na Grande São Paulo. “Ele não costumava trabalhar à noite. Ele passou a voltar de madrugada para casa após começar nesse trabalho”, disse Carlos Alberto. De acordo com ele, seu irmão temia ser assaltado, tanto que fez um seguro da moto e instalou rastreador.
“Logo após o assalto acionamos a empresa que faz o monitoramento da moto. De acordo com eles, o último sinal apontava que a moto estava na Avenida Washington Luís (na zona sul), mas depois disso eles perderam o sinal.”
Desde o início do ano, ladrões de notebook e motos vêm atacando na Marginal do Pinheiros, no congestionamento entre 18h e 20h.
Mas os ataques também acontecem durante a madrugada. Armados, os bandidos param em motos – uma de cada lado do carro – e exigem os equipamentos. Também levam relógios de grife, joias e dinheiro. O ponto mais crítico está entre as pontes do Morumbi e Eusébio Matoso, no sentido Rodovia Castelo Branco.
Todos os dias, em média 45 motos são roubadas ou furtadas nas ruas da capital. Os dados se referem ao primeiro semestre deste ano. De acordo com a polícia as motos mais visadas pelos criminosos são de modelos de 125 a 250 cilindradas. Geralmente, elas são roubadas para venda de peças ou são usadas novamente em outros assaltos, como abordagens a motoristas em semáforos.
“Meu irmão sempre teve moto. Nunca havia sofrido um assalto”, disse o irmão da vítima. Ferreira era casado e tinha uma filha de 7 anos. Ele será sepultado na manhã de hoje, no Cemitério Memorial Parque das Cerejeiras, na zona sul da capital.
